Property Manager

Description

The Property Manager is actively involved in all day to day functions that directly impact occupancy and the physical properties. We are looking for an organized, committed energetic, self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced work environment and takes ownership in all aspects of work.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review daily calendar and determine what planning is required for the day to day operations in terms of tours, move-ins, move-outs and vendor activity.
Achieve leasing goals set by management and ownership teams.
Development and implementation of strategies and programs to promote lease renewal and ensure long-term residency.
Coordinate service requests for maintenance repairs received from tenants and or others.
Answer phones and respond to email leads in a professional and timely manner.
Investigate and resolve resident issues and complaints.
Promote good public relations with residents, co-workers and company employees, and vendors through a people first approach and trust representing the brand and company.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Promote a team based environment with both front office and maintenance associates.
Collect and process monthly rent, post 3 day notices and related rent collection tasks.
Other tasks as directed.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma required, college degree preferred.
Montana State Property License preferred.
2 years previous experience in property management.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communications.
Organized and able to meet deadlines.
