Customer Care Specialist (seasonal- Bozeman MT)
COMPENSATION: $14 -16/ hour, based on experience
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-Time, Seasonal with potential for Full-Time
GENERAL FUNCTIONS: The primary functions of the CCS are to provide information and assistance in response to a variety of customer inquiries, resolve customer concerns tactfully, and contribute to maintaining WesternCPE Customer Care as a competitive advantage.
The CCS position requires the ability to effectively communicate with customers through incoming call, outbound campaigns, email, an live chat.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Experience: 1+ years of experience in a similar customer service role.
* Minimum

Education:
High school diploma with college level education in business or education or related experience.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Proficient in computer systems and data processing software, detail oriented, data entry accuracy and database management.
